Will Sims 3 and Spore work on my laptop?

The laptop has



AMD Athlon X2 Dual-Core Processer

3GB SDRAM, 320GB HDD

ATI Radeon 3100 Graphics with 256-1404MB Dynamically Allocated shared Graphics Card



The Requirements for Sims 3 are



Windows Vista (Service Pack 1)

2.4 GHz P4 processor or equivalent

1.5 GB RAM

At least 6.5 GB of hard drive space with at least 1 GB additional space for custom content

128 MB Video Card with support for Pixel Shader 2.



Im not sure what the requirements for Spore are thoughWill Sims 3 and Spore work on my laptop?
all you need is herejust install the software choose the game from a huge list of games it will tell you if it meets requirements

No. Sims 3 requires AT LEAST a GeForce 8600 GTS to run fluidly and that processor does not cut it either. Same with Spore, except slightly lesser (8600 GT, from experience).



Just get a desktop, preferably one with a half-decent graphics card and a good CPU. I've never heard of someone preferring laptop gaming over true desktops.
