Initial gut reaction? yeah as long as you get an 8XXX series video card. but then again game companies have been known to understate the minimums to get people to buy the game. The less options you skimp on the better your chances are.
The smart money is any computer made within the last two years is capable of running it. They can't afford to exclude TOO many people and they have been working on this game for a good while.
