I have 200 MHz processor speed below the system requirements for a game; will I be able to play it?

All my other computer specs are above the requirements, but I have 1.8 GHz processor speed, and it says I should have 2.0. Will the game not run? It's called Spore.I have 200 MHz processor speed below the system requirements for a game; will I be able to play it?
You are going to have to tell us what processor it require, and what you have. Not just the speed number

If they require a Pentium 4 2.0GHz, and you have a Core 2 Duo 1.8GHz, you can run 2 spore at a time, lol.

Modern architecture allow higher performance. the speed number means little when comparing 2 different generation of processor.I have 200 MHz processor speed below the system requirements for a game; will I be able to play it?
It depends on what kind of processor. Clock speeds really aren't as important as they used to be. A modern 1.8 ghz processor can easily outperform a 2.0ghz processor from the year 2002.I have 200 MHz processor speed below the system requirements for a game; will I be able to play it?
AMD PROCESSORS Usually will run games that require a higher processor speed than what the actual processor runs at:

Here are the specs for SPORE:

OS - Windows XP/Vista

Processor - 2.0 GHz P4 processor or equivalent

Memory - XP: 512 MB RAM / Vista: 768 MB RAM

Hard Drive - At least 300 MB of hard drive space for installation, plus additional space for created creatures. (190 MB for the Trial Edition)

Video Card - A 128 MB Video Card, with support for Pixel Shader 2.0*

For computers using built-in graphics chipsets, the game requires at least:

* Intel Integrated Chipset GMA 950

* Dual 2.0GHz CPUs, or 1.7GHz Core 2 Duo, or equivalent

Supported Video Cards

ATI Radeon(TM) series

9500, 9600, 9800

X300, X600, X700, X800, X850

X1300, X1600, X1800, X1900, X1950

2400, 2600, 2900, 3650, 3850

NVIDIA GeForce series

FX 5900, FX 5950

6200, 6500, 6600, 6800

7200, 7300, 7600, 7800, 7900, 7950

8400, 8500, 8600, 8800

Intel(R) Extreme Graphics

GMA 950, GMA X3000, GMA X3100

As long as the computer specs are close it should run fine. But if specs are under the required try turning down the graphics to speed up the game play.
