Mac Leopard
Intel 2,1 GHz Core 2 Duo Processor
Intel GMA X3100 Graphics Chipset
1 GB of RAM
Plenty of hard drive space
The Requirements:
Note: Spore will not run on PowerPC (G3/G4/G5) based Mac systems (PowerMac).
OS: Mac OS X 10.5.3 Leopard or higher
Processor: Intel Core Duo Processor
RAM: 1024 MB (1 GB)
Graphics card: ATI X1600 or NVidia 7300 GT with 128 MB of Video RAM, or Intel Integrated GMA X3100
Hard disk drive space: At least 4.7GB for installation, plus additional space for creations.
When using a Mac with an on-board (aka built-in or "shared" graphics chipset, the specs bump up to:
* Intel Integrated Chipset GMA X3100
* Dual 2.0GHz CPUs, or 1.7GHz Core 2 Duo, or equivalent
I don't know what that means.. can you guys tell me if I could run it well?Spore system requirements?
Yeah, most definitely, with full settings too. X3100 is included in the Spore's support list.I am actually playing it right now with my laptop also equipped with X3100 and is running rather smoothly. I am a bit disappointed with the game though.
*I cannot believe that people think of the Intel GMA like that. I should say that the X3100 is a very good GPU for its class. I and other people are able to play lots of new games with it such as: Spore, F.E.A.R. 2, Call of Duty 4 (some can play 5), Lost, Silent Hill: Home Coming, Left 4 Dead, Half Life 2: Episode 2 and many more (given you use the latest drivers the one released in January 2009)... I will temporarily roam Yahoo! Answers to clarify some things up.Spore system requirements?
Why doesnt my laptop work with it!!!!! Noooooo!

Spore system requirements? It will run fine,
the only thing that you ever have to deal with when installing heavy games
are your Processors, graph chips, and RAM..
and yours are good to play spore...
You'll be able to play it on the lowest settings of quality. Macs are not made for gamers.
